Background -

    In 2004, Author was approached to develop an Anti-Pornography Filter Protocol

      At that time, there were 30 solutions

        All solutions were software that resides on the user’s computer

          About 150 million Internet Users in the USA

            About 10 million were Broadband

Today -

    There are 250 million Internet Users in the USA

      50 Million are Broadband

      The Internet is OVER RUN with undesirable Web Sites ! !

      • Eg Pornography, pedophile dangers, illegal activities instruction, etc
      • This has been featured on major news at least once a week lately

    There are many, many ‘filter’ programs that prevent users from surfing to “bad” sites
     BUT . . . All well known Filter Protocols are still flawed !

      All can be beaten by clever kids

      • Things are even WORSE for parents that think they have installed software,
        to prevent the children from going to inappropriate  sites;
        they go there anyway

             All critical software is not on the User’s Home Computer –
       It is stored on our Servers
